AWOMUSE, Omotayo Fredrick has over 20 years management experience spanning banking, private and public sectors.  Awomuse is currently a lecturer in the department of Office Technology and Management (OTM), Lagos State Polytechnic.  He attended African Church Grammar School, Oka-Akoko in Ondo State and The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, where he completed both his National and Higher National Diploma in Office Technology and Management in 1991 as the overall best graduating student. He has a BSc Degree in Office Information Management (OIM) with First Class Honoursfrom Lead City University, Ibadan and emerged as the overall best graduating student in the department.  Mr. Awomuse obtained a Masters degree in Office Information Management from Lead City University and emerged as the best graduating postgraduate student with a GPA of 4.86 out 5.  His thesis, “Influence of Personal Factors on Knowledge Sharing Behaviour Among Health Practitioners” was adjudged one of the  best in the postgraduate school.  He also has a Master Degree in Managerial Psychology (MMP) from the University of Ibadan.

He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He is also an executive and professional member of the Nigerian Institute of Office and Information Managers (NIOAIM).   Awomuse is currently in the process of completing his Doctorate degree (PhD) in Information Resource Management with a specialization in Business Information Management, from the prestigious Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State.

Awomuse is a minister of God with passion for Teens and Children Ministry.  He has invested over 20 years in the teens and children ministry and he is currently the Provincial Coordinator of the Junior church of RCCG, Lagos Province 19.

He is happily married with children.

Esther is a dedicated and goal-driven Instructor in the Department of Office Technology and Management of the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro. She is a First Class graduate of Office & Information Management (OIM), Lead City University and a Distinction graduate the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro where she studied Office Technology and Management (OTM) and emerged as the Overall Best Student in the Institution for 2018/2019 Academic Session. She enjoys working with others to achieve set objectives on time and with excellence. She is the Welfare Officer II of National Institute of Office Administrators and Information Managers (NIOAIM).

Adebayo obtained both his National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretarial Studies from Secretarial Studies (now Office Technology and Management) department, Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro in the 1990s. He is a computer expert; the computing skill he acquired from Crown Computer College, Ilaro early 2000. He then proceeded to University of Ibadan where he obtained Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PDGE) in 2009. He has his Master in Business Education at Tai Solarin University of Education in 2016.

In year 2020 alone, he attended various international training programmes on: ‘Entrepreneurship’ organized by the Chinese University of Hong Kong. ‘Developing an entrepreneurial mindset: first step towards success’ organized by Michigan State University, US. ‘Creative and Entrepreneurship’ organized by Berklee College of Music. ‘Strategic innovation, managing innovation initiatives’ organized by Illinsois. ‘High impact business writing’ and ‘Communication in the 21st Century workplace’ organized by UCI Division of Continuing Education.

Adebayo is a member of: Association of Business Educators of Nigeria (ABEN), Ogun State Chapter and National Institute of Office Administrators and Information Managers (NIOAIM) where he serves as the Welfare Officer I. He has attended various conferences and workshops and has written and presented many journal papers. He has been involved in many community services and policing, street development and lighting, and several others. He is happily married with four beautiful children.

Public Relations Officer

Olumuyiwa, popularly known as Ambassador, hails from Nigeria, the western part of Africa. He is an energetic, dynamic, competent, ambitious, decisive and confident natural leader who has displayed entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills for over 15 years; organizing peers into clubs and groups, setting up stalls to serve humanity and providing ICT training to over 11,500 youths for free. He has managed to assemble highly courageous youths capable of pioneering the change for a greater and prosperous Africa and he is glad and happy to be fulfilling this dream. He was able to use his interpersonal skills through team building to form a working group committed to the promotion of the ideals of his initiative.

Through him and his group, the lives of several young people have changed by imbibing the spirit and commitment to community development as a collective approach in enhancing the socio-economic living conditions of young people through making them self-reliant and contributors to national development. He is currently the President, Progressive Youths for African Leadership and Empowerment Initiative, an initiative that has covered 32 African countries with over 6,500 members all over. He is also the Director, Excellent Touch Academy, an academy that exists in three different cities/states (Ile Ife, Osun; Ilorin, Kwara; and Ibadan, Oyo). He is a member of the Board of Trustees for Temma Pharmaceutical Ltd.

He is an author, having written and published two books (Do it all by yourself and Essential clarification on Information and communication technology). He is a young man who pursues excellence with a strong conviction that success is always within his grasp. He is currently serving as the Public Relations Officer, National Institute of Office Administrators and Information Managers (NIOAIM).

Sesan graduated from The Polytechnic, Ibadan in 1983 with Distinction in HND, Secretarial Studies. He holds PGDTED from the University of Benin in 1993, Master of Communication Arts from the University of Ibadan in 1999 and Master of Science in Business Administration (OTM Option) from Lead City University in 2011. He joined the Oyo State Teaching Service Commission on 1st July 1978 and completed the NYSC Scheme at The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro in September 1984. Sesan got his full-time job as a Technical Instructor II with The Polytechnic, Ibadan and was seconded to the then Iree Satellite Campus of the institution. Sesan served as a Coordinator and also as a member of several Committees. He was elected as the General Secretary of Ibadan Polytechnic Senior Staff Association, Iree Satellite Campus Chapter.  In January 1988, he joined the then St. Andrews College of Education, Oyo, now Emmanuel Alayande College of Education, Oyo as a Senior Instructor. While working at St. Andrews College of Education, he was appointed as the Coordinator of the National Secretarial Examination and as a member of some Committees.

On 1st October 1990, he moved to Federal College of Education, Kontagora as a Principal Instructor II. He was appointed as a Unit Coordinator as well as the Coordinator of Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) and also served as a member of some Committees. In order to join his family in the South-West, he left the Federal College of Education, Kontagora for The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro on 1st October 1992 where his cadre was converted from Instructorship to Lectureship. He rose to the peak of his career as the Chief Lecturer on 1st January 2005. At Ilaro, he was appointed as the Coordinator of Students Part-Time Programme, Class Advisor, Unit Coordinator, Examination Officer, Head of Department for five years, Dean of two Schools for seven years and now as the Chairman of the Management Board of Poly Ilaro 92.1 FM Radio. He has also served as a member and the Chairman of more than sixty Committees.

To his credit, Sesan has written thirteen books and published several journal articles and conference papers. He is a member of NBTE Accreditation Panel for Reaccreditation of the ND and HND programmes of the Dept. of Secretarial Studies of The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti in 2004; an External/Chief Examiner for the OTM Departments of Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu, The Polytechnic, Iree, Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo and Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta. A Resource Person for the assessment of publications for senior academic staff’s promotion and also sat as a member of panellists during promotion/appointment of academic staff of Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu, Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, The Polytechnic, Iree, Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, The Polytechnic, Ibadan, etc.

Sesan has successfully trained many lecturers and instructors in some Nigerian tertiary institutions on how to set and administer Shorthand examination questions. He was a Resource Person at International meetings held in Nigeria and Accra respectively for the packaging or review of examination syllabi for certain subjects under the auspices of a renowned International examination body from 1985 till date. Sesan is a Fellow Member of National Institute of Office Administrators and Information Managers (NIOAIM) and also the Vice President of the Institute.

Muhammed is a lecturer in Auchi Polytechnic.  He graduated from Auchi Polytechnic in 1992 and was converted to the post of Higher Instructor in 1993, having obtained his Higher National Diploma (HND) in Office Administration. In 1995, He had his Technical Teacher Certificate (TTC). He also had his Master Degree in Communication Arts from the University of Ibadan in 2002 and Post Graduate Diploma in Education in 2013 from Adekunle Ajasin University, AkungbaOkoko, Ondo State. He is presently awaiting Senate approval of his B.Sc. Degree, Business Education, National Open University having completed his academic requirements in 2019. Muhammed has attended several conferences and workshops within Nigeria. He has to his credit, twenty-nine accredited publications in both local and international reputable journals and edited and co-edited fourteen text books in Secretarial Courses. He is a Professional Member of the National Institute of Office Administrators and Information Managers (NIOAIM) and Member, Association of Business Educators of Nigeria (ABEN). Muhammed is a Principal Lecturer and former Head Department of Office Technology and Management, Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi. He is an entrepreneur and currently the CEO of Zusake Pillars Nigeria Enterprises, specialized in the production of palm oil; he is into poultry and fishery farming. He is also the current Zonal PRO, Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) in Edo North of Edo State. He is a dedicated Muslim and married with children.

Oluwaseye is a Research Assistant/Adjunct Lecturer at the Office Technology and Management (OTM) department, Yaba College of Technology. Prior to joining YabaTech, he was a Personal Assistant to one of the Senior Lecturers at Lagos Business School (LBS). He has over 12 years of work experience with a consulting firm as a Programme Coordinator/IT Administrator. Oluwaseye is a First Class graduate of Office & Information Management (OIM), Lead City University, Ibadan, Oyo State after rounding off his Higher National Diploma (HND) with a Distinction in Office Technology and Management (OTM) and an Upper Credit National Diploma (ND) in Secretarial Studies from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos.

He is also a Distinction Diploma holder in Desktop Publishing/Computer Science. Oluwaseye is an Associate Member of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) and a member of the American Center, Public Affairs Unit, US Consulate, Victoria Island, Lagos. He is a certified Microsoft Innovative Educator and has successfully trained over 5,000 individuals in Ms-Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, Publisher, CorelDraw, PageMaker, Photoshop, Webpage Design and SPSS (at Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels).

He has attended a series of international and local workshops/conferences within the Nigerian six-geopolitical zones. Oluwaseye has written several academic journals and presented papers at different conferences. He is currently the Assistant General Secretary (AGS) of the National Institute of Office Administrators and Information Managers (NIOAIM). He is happily married with three (3) divine daughters.

Oluwakemi Esther Ibironke is a professional with over 16 years experience in office and Information/ Corporate Service Management, general office administration, customer service solutions, information and communication processes, banking services, administration and business development.

Mrs. Ibironke is a service oriented individual that is efficient at implementing Industry Standardization and Compliance, Management Strategies as well as Customer Relations and Insight Project Management. She is currently a lecturer in the department of Information Management in Lead City University, Ibadan and has published over six journal articles.

Rachael is a challenge-driven creative thinker with a calm approach to attaining set objectives, preemptive with exceptional communication skills. She is a wonderful team player with outstanding information management skills, combined with a readiness to acclimatize; a progressive and flexible attitude to life and ever ready to learn new things. She is passionate about putting smiles on people’s faces and bringing out the best in the most especially the female gender.

She is the overall best graduating student, Department of Secretarial Studies, The Polytechnic, Ibadan in 2008 as well as one of the best graduating students at Tai Solarin University of Education, Department of Secretarial Administration in 2013. She is the convener of Rare Gem Initiatives; an Initiative was borne out of the passion to see the female-gender thrive in their chosen endeavors. Rachael currently works at Lead City University, Ibadan. She is the General Secretary of the National Institute of Office Administrators and Information Managers (NIOAIM).

Dr. Sophia V. Adeyeye (CLN), a Certified Librarian of Nigeria is a lecturer at the Department of Information Management at the Lead City University, Ibadan, Nigeria. She had her bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the Department of Library and Information Studies and  PhD from the Department of School Library and Media Technology, University of Ibadan. Her research interests are in bibliotherapy, innovation and creativity in school library, indigenous knowledge and information literacy. She has also attended both national and international academic conferences where she presented scholarly papers.

Dr. Adeyeye has to her credit publications in both local and international reputable journals, as well as chapters in edited books. She also has a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) named Books Heal Initiative which has served as a platform to further promote the reading culture and formation of book clubs within my society. She intends to use storybooks to help the young adults overcome issues bothering them and become lifelong learners.

She likes working with children and listening to music. She is a member of professional associations like Nigerian Library Association (NLA), Nigerian School Library Association (NSLA), International Association of School Librarianship (IASL), The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) and a fellow of the National Institute of Office Administrators and Information Managers (NIOAIM). She is an elected member Standing Committee for Education and Training Section at IFLA (2021-2025).

Dr. Tolulope E. Adenekan is a seasoned administrator who has been fully involved in administration since year 2002. She is also an Infopreneur who derives pleasure in organizing Workshops on skill acquisition programmes for aspiring leaders in various professional fields and Career Counselling Programmes for children and youths, effective parenting for parents and other information consulting services.  She had her University education at Lead City University where she studied Secretarial Administration and graduated as the best student in the Department at the first convocation ceremony of the University in December 2008.  Her Postgraduate education Master of Science in Business Administration specializing in Office & Information Management followed at Lead City University, Ibadan in 2009 and was completed in the year 2011. Without resting on her oars she proceeded for her Ph.D. programme in Business Information Management at Babcock University, Ilishan, Remo, Nigeria and obtained her Doctorate degree in 2019.

Dr. Adenekan has attended several of the Training Institute within and outside Nigeria, like a three-day Workshop on Ultimate Customer Service Solution (UCSS) Training Programme at Market Space Conference Centre, Lagos, a ten day Career Development Winter School at Waterfront Conferences and Training, Johannesburg, South Africa, 2012. She has also attended both national and international academic conferences where she presented scholarly papers. Some of these international engagements have taken her to University of Texas at Austin (2013), West Minster Business School, University of Westminster, London (2013), British Academy of Management conference, Liverpool, U.K (2013), Mexico (2015), Cambridge University, UK (2018) and Academy of Management conference, Boston, U.S (2019). To her credit, she has not less than thirty (30) publications in both local and international reputable journals, as well as chapters in edited books. She is a fellow of the National Institute of Office Administrators and Information Managers (NIOAIM), fellow, Nigerian Institute of Professional Secretaries, member, Nigerian Institute of Management, member of Institute of Personality Development and Customer Relationship Management, member, Academy of Management, New York, member, British Academy of Management, London and Associate member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management among others.

Dr. Adenekan currently works as a Senior lecturer/Head of Department of the Information Management Department, Lead City University. She is the CEO/Managing Consultant of Liprorich Consulting Ltd., an information consulting firm founded to help people achieve apex of their career. She’s the Founder/Pioneer President of National Institute of Office Administrators and Information Managers (NIOAIM). She is the current Vice-President of Babcock University Alumni Association, Oyo & Osun State Chapter, Treasurer of LCU Alumni Association and General Secretary St. Anne’s Old Girls Association 93set. She is a Christian by religion, a Lay reader of the Ibadan South Anglican Diocese and an active member of Anglican Christian Fellowship. She is married with two wonderful children.
