Dr. Ibironke is a dedicated educator and researcher with expertise in Office and Information Management, educational leadership, mentoring, lifelong learning, and research development. She holds a PhD in Office and Information Management from Lead City University, Nigeria, and is currently pursuing a second PhD in Educational Research and Development at the University of Lincoln, United Kingdom. Her academic background also includes a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Management (Distinction), a Master of Science (Distinction), and a First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Office and Information Management. Dr. Ibironke is passionate about mentoring and empowering students and early career researchers. She currently serves as a Project Tutor at Acts Trust Lincoln and the Student Experience Officer for the School of Education and Communication at the University of Lincoln. Her previous roles include Lecturer at Lead City University, Nigeria; Academic Representative for MA Education, and Cover Supervisor with Justteachers. She is an active member of several professional bodies, including the British Academy Early Career Researcher Network, the Law and Society Association (United States of America), and the National Institute of Office Administrators and Information Managers, where she previously served as Treasurer during the last executive tenure. Outside academia, she enjoys mentoring, travelling, cooking, and singing. She is happily married with three children and remains committed to inspiring others through education and personal growth.
